How long does it take to process my order?

What warranties do these vehicles and products have / Return Policy

All vehicles / products have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects with Evo Vehicles and 2 years with Bluetti. (For Bluetti Products)

To return the equipment, it must be closed and unused.

Is maintenance for electric vehicles hard?

Keeping your electric scooter or eBike working properly isn’t that hard. A simple guide of recommendations is to:

Keep your vehicle clean, but always being careful while using water
Keep all moving parts lubricated. Use WD-40 Specialist Bike Chain Lube or a comparable product that contains PTFE to lubricate wheel and headset bearings.
Check the air pressure in your tires frequently to keep them in good condition.
Always check the condition of your brakes before each trip.
Keep all cables and fasteners snug.
For the good care of the battery, please refer to the owner's manual. Very important, never let the battery discharge completely as it could suffer irreparable damage.

Damage and defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt in case of any defect, damage or having received the wrong item we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions and items that cannot be returned

Items such as batteries and renewable energy equipment cannot be returned after they have been delivered and validated upon receipt.

Refunds

We will notify you once the returned item is received and inspected if the return is approved by reviewing the status of the returned items.
